Suits Security Solutions Pte Ltd has a mobile reporting, maintenance tracking and monitoring system which use GPS trackers and Live Image Captures to enable your investigating officers and guards to write incident reports on sites, take attendance of guards and managing visitor visiting the premises. It communicates with NFC compliant phones to carry out duties on site for the security guards and feedback to the operation manager of the agencies or management of the MCST immediately via 4G connections. The system has four major functions:



Summary Reports, clients able to have overview via assigned portal



Ad hoc Report, clients able to view from smartphones, laptops



Facial Recognition Attendance, real time checking-able to view from smartphones, laptops

Checks and balances in Quality Management System



Regular Supervisory Checks by Operations Manager or Operations Executive at the site


Regular Silent hour spot checks (at least 1 time per week)

Conduct of Continual Training (CT) for Security Personnel (monthly); eg. Customer Service Course, manage crowd and traffic control, Handling Counter Terrorism Activities, Recognize Terrorist Threat and etc.


Duty Reporting – Start and end of Shift by 24 hours Suits Command Center


Proper OJT with proper training checklist-criteria for staff confirmation


KPI Requirement by Operations Team (2 day +1 night visit) Manager or Operations Executive at the site. KPI of $300 for Ops team non-compliance


We encourage once a month meeting of site representative with OM and OE to minute and monitor progress of site.



Crisis escalation



The controller in the 24 hours command centre will activate the duty mobile controller, Operations Executive and Operations Manager and they will proceed to the site immediately. The controllers will also inform the client and relevant authorities. The initial incident report will be put up by the Duty OE within a day and a detailed investigations report will be put up by 3 days by the Operations manager.


24hrs Command Centre


The presence of a designated and secure 24 X 7 Operations Command Centre to ensure supervision of all our sites. The Command Centre also acts as the nerve center of Ascentiaa Security Operations. All CRISES (major incident) is escalated to Clients and duty AM/HOO/GM/MD.
